This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for services offered by InstantTaxFile.com.

Refund Eligibility

If you paid by mistake or selected the wrong service, contact us within 24 hours of payment. Refunds may be approved if professional work, document review, consultation, or filing preparation has not started.

Non-Refundable Cases

Fees may be non-refundable once consultation, document review, tax computation, notice review, filing preparation, return filing, email support, or any professional work has started.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered depending on the work already completed, time spent, third-party charges, payment gateway charges, government portal work, and administrative effort.

No Refund for User Delay or Wrong Information

Refunds may not be available if service delivery is delayed or affected because of missing documents, delayed responses, incorrect information, incomplete information, or non-cooperation from the user.

Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or third-party processing fees may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will usually be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, subject to Razorpay, bank, and payment gateway timelines.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us before work starts. Once work starts, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.
